Meet the Team
Dr. Sheehan and her staff work extremely well together, like a well-oiled machine! We are a great team, which is a necessity in running a busy office. We are dedicated, caring and enjoy working together to achieve the goal of creating beautiful smiles.
Our clinical staff is highly trained and skilled in direct patient care, radiology and infection control. Each member of our team is certified in dental radiology and CPR and several clinical staff members are Certified Dental Assistants. The staff members are very helpful, friendly and put all of the patients at ease. They are devoted to providing the utmost care to every patient.
Our front office staff is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Brighid Wall, the office manager, is a graduate of St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Donna Anderson, our scheduling coordinator is a graduate of Providence College.
We strive to stay up-to-date with the very latest in technology and advances in orthodontics by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. We attend several conferences, including The Yankee Dental Congress in Boston and The Northeastern Society of Orthodontists annual meeting. Depending on the location, we try to attend the American Association of Orthodontists annual meeting as well.

Donna Anderson - Scheduling Coordinator:
Donna has been working in the practice since 2004. Donna is one of the first people you will meet speak to at Sheehan Orthodontics. Donna enjoys working in a busy practice and getting to know the patients and their families. Donna is responsible for scheduling appointments and managing the front desk with all of its many duties. Donna keeps up to date with all the local public and private school calendars, camp dates and alwyas knows the tide schedule! She is super proficient at getting our patients appointments in a timely manner that beneifit everyone's needs. Donna is extremely organized with an exceptional memory. Donna is a graduate of Providence College and lives in North Attleboro. She enjoys knitting and quilting, and most recently fabricating Nantucket baskets and Donna is highly skilled at all!
Karen Haskell - Orthodontic Records and Orthodontic Laboratory Technician:
Karen is an integral member of the Sheehan Orthodontics team. She has worked with Dr. Sheehan for about 16 years. Karen attended Cape Cod Technical School where she received her dental assisting training and is a certified dental assistant. Karen first began working in Dr. Sheehan’s office during her dental assistant training internship. She really enjoyed orthodontics as well as the practice and has been working at Sheehan Orthodontics ever since. Karen is one of the first people you will meet during your treatment: she is responsible for taking photographs, radiographs (x-rays) and dental impressions. Karen is highly skilled at taking radiographs and passed her x-ray certification exam with a 99. Karen also fabricates orthodontic appliances, including palatal expanders, palatal bars and retainers. Originally from Somerville, Karen now lives in Plymouth with her family. She is the mother of two grown children. In her spare time Karen loves lounging in her pool and taking care of her beloved dogs.
Brighid Wall - Office Manager:
Brighid is the Office Manager and Public Relations Coordinator of the Practice. Brighid has been working in the practice since 2002 and enjoys all aspects of working in an Orthodontic practice. She loves being able to connect with families and make people feel comfortable coming to the orthodontist. As the Public Relations Coordinator Brighid visits other dental specialty offices and meeting the doctors and their staff while promoting the fabulous work we do here. As the Office Manager Brighid is responsible for managing the day to day running of the practice, including, but not limited to, office financials, bookkeeping, staff development, and practice promotion and marketing. Brighid lives in Duxbury with her husband and their children. Brighid enjoys shopping, reading, travel and in the summer months, heading to the beach with the family. Brighid graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Hingham and from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.
